WE SUPPLY EVERYTHING

In our 60-minute yoga flow class, you’ll move through various postures to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body, while using breathing techniques and meditation to calm the mind. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full- body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.

    Certifications: Certified Canfitpro Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Healthy Eating/Weightloss Coach & Other certifications: Barre Above with Pilates Focus, Mat Pilates, and Pilates Reformer

    Favourite song(s): I usually listen to instrumental music for yoga and Pilates or a random throwback DJ mix if I want to go hard, so I don’t have go-to!

    Teaching Experince: I have been teaching yoga for 5 years, and Pilates for about 4 years

    Style of Teaching: I like to think of movement as medicine and a means to heal some of the funk in our systems (both physical and mental. Exercise and movement are one of the most accessible means for us to care for and connect with ourselves, and I think that’s beautiful!

    Fun Fact: I spent a year as an au pair in Berlin during the pandemic.
