A full-body bonfire of a workout, our 45-minute high-intensity circuit classes will challenge every muscle group you have! Our state-of-the-art circuit studio will have an ever-changing set of innovative equipment to accommodate every style of muscle-strengthening and cardio- pumping exercise sequences. Each class is carefully designed by our highly-experienced group fitness instructors using some old favourites (like Bosu balls and TRX bands) and some soon-to- be new favourites (like SURGEs and Body Bars). Our university-educated and in-house trained instructors will challenge, motivate, and inspire you throughout this rock star circuit workout!
