Think slower and more controlled movements, but by no means easy! This 50-minute class is an excellent starting point if you’re looking for a lower-impact workout that will lengthen and strengthen you at the same time. Don’t be fooled by the slower pace – when barre exercises are done properly and with precision, every muscle in your body will be working! During the class, you will move through strengthening sequences for the arms, legs, core, back, and butt; a heart-elevating cardio series; a core-blasting sequence; and, finally ending with a deep, lengthening stretch out on the mat. Open to all abilities and experience levels, we’re sure everyone will feel welcome in our Barre Strength class!
