This class is most definitely a head-to-toe butt-kicker! You will move through choreographed sequences designed to target the arms, legs, core, back, butt, and every micro-muscle group in between. This 60-minute class always begins with an amazing mobility warm-up, followed by heart-elevating cardio and strengthening exercises, and finishing with a delicious full-body stretch at the end. The class intensity sneakily builds until every muscle you have (and some you forgot you have!) is totally tapped out! As always, our classes are suitable for all exercise levels, and optional modifications will be offered to accommodate each and every client.
