Personal training can benefit anyone from a beginner exerciser to an athlete looking to enhance their performance. Your trainer will provide professional and individualized assistance to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, posture, balance, coordination, and cardiovascular health. A personal trainer will also help you exercise safely and correctly, and help you set and achieve your health and wellness goals. Each personal training session is designed specifically to meet your own personal needs and goals, and will maximize your results!

1-on-1 Personal Training

Improve your overall health and well-being or work towards achieving a collective goal while working out with one of our certified personal trainers! Our doubles and small group personal training sessions work similarly to our one-on-one sessions, but your sessions will be shared with one or two other people. This allows you to experience our personalized workouts and nutrition plans at a lower financial investment, all while keeping the fun and competitiveness of a group dynamic!

Reformer Pilates Personal Training

Our one-on-one reformer Pilates sessions with our reformer-certified personal trainers are one of the most effective ways to tone your entire body from the inside out. Reformer-based Pilates is perfect for any age, fitness level, and body. Recovering from an injury? The reformer allows you to rebuild muscle, regain mobility, and strengthen your core all while providing a low-impact fitness experience. The resistance created by the pulley and spring system, along with your body weight, provides a more challenging strength and endurance workout than Mat Pilates. If you are looking to tone your body, without muscle bulk, then reformer style classes are for you!
